Trattiamo inoltre i dati personali contenuti nelle email che ci invii spontaneamente agli indirizzi di contatto della federazione (es. presidenza@fctee.eu, direzione.generale@fctee.eu, consiglio@fctee.eu): indirizzo email, contenuto del messaggio ed eventuali dati ivi inclusi, al solo fine di rispondere alla tua richiesta.
Non raccogliamo dati particolari e non effettuiamo profilazione degli utenti.
3. Finalità e base giuridica
- Gestione della richiesta di adesione e contatto successivo — base giuridica: misure precontrattuali su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Riscontro alle comunicazioni ricevute via email — base giuridica: legittimo interesse a rispondere alle richieste (art. 6.1.f GDPR) o misure precontrattuali (art. 6.1.b), a seconda del contenuto.
- Funzionamento tecnico del sito — legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f) limitato ai cookie tecnici essenziali.
4. Cookie utilizzati
Attualmente il sito utilizza esclusivamente cookie tecnici necessari al funzionamento (hosting e invio sicuro dei moduli tramite Netlify). Non sono attivi cookie di statistica, targeting o profilazione. Il pannello di consenso include comunque le seguenti categorie, che potranno essere attivate in futuro solo previo tuo consenso:

6. Destinatari e trasferimenti extra-UE
Il sito è ospitato e i moduli sono gestiti da Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), che agisce come responsabile del trattamento ai sensi dell'art. 28 GDPR. Ciò comporta un trasferimento di dati verso gli Stati Uniti, effettuato sulla base della certificazione di Netlify al EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework e, in subordine, delle Clausole Contrattuali Standard (SCC) approvate dalla Commissione europea (artt. 44-46 GDPR). Non comunichiamo i tuoi dati ad altri destinatari, salvo obblighi di legge.
7. Conservazione dei dati
- Richieste di adesione non accolte o non perfezionate: 12 mesi dalla richiesta, poi cancellazione.
- Dati dei soci: per tutta la durata del rapporto associativo e, dopo la cessazione, per i termini previsti dagli obblighi legali e contabili applicabili.
- Email di contatto: il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo scambio, salvo che si instauri un rapporto associativo.
8. I tuoi diritti
Hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione e opposizione al trattamento, nonché alla portabilità dei dati (artt. 15–22 GDPR). Puoi esercitarli scrivendo a consiglio@fctee.eu. 2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the membership form («Become a member»):
- Company name
- Contact name
- Email address
- Business sector
We also process the personal data contained in emails you spontaneously send to the federation's contact addresses (e.g. presidenza@fctee.eu, direzione.generale@fctee.eu, consiglio@fctee.eu): your email address, the content of your message and any data included in it, solely in order to reply to your request.
We do not collect special-category data and do not carry out user profiling.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your membership request and subsequent contact — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Responding to email enquiries — legal basis: legitimate interest in replying to requests (Art. 6.1.f) or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b), depending on the content.
- Technical operation of the site — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f), limited to essential technical cookies.
4. Cookies used
The site currently uses only necessary technical cookies required for operation (hosting and secure form delivery via Netlify). No statistics, targeting or profiling cookies are active. The consent panel nonetheless lists the following categories, which may be enabled in the future only with your prior consent:

5. Managing and withdrawing consent
You can accept, reject or customise cookie categories from the banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time, as easily as you gave them, via the «Cookie preferences» link in the footer of every page, which reopens the consent panel (Art. 7.3 GDPR).
6. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
The site is hosted and forms are handled by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), acting as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. This entails a transfer of data to the United States, carried out on the basis of Netlify's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, subordinately, the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission (Art. 44-46 GDPR). We do not disclose your data to other recipients, except where required by law.
7. Data retention
- Membership requests not accepted or not completed: 12 months from the request, then deleted.
- Members' data: for the duration of the membership and, after it ends, for the periods required by applicable legal and accounting obligations.
- Contact emails: as long as needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last exchange, unless a membership relationship is established.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as data portability (Art. 15–22 GDPR). You can exercise them by writing to consiglio@fctee.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Bulgaria the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, www.cpdp.bg) — or with the authority of your country of residence.

3. Цел и правно основание

- Отговор на запитвания по имейл — правно основание: легитимен интерес (чл. 6.1.е) или преддоговорни мерки (чл. 6.1.б), в зависимост от съдържанието.
- Техническо функциониране на сайта — легитимен интерес (чл. 6.1.е), ограничен до основните технически бисквитки.
4. Използвани бисквитки
Понастоящем сайтът използва само необходими технически бисквитки за функционирането си (хостинг и сигурно изпращане на формуляри чрез Netlify). Не са активни бисквитки за статистика, таргетиране или профилиране. Панелът за съгласие все пак включва следните категории, които могат да бъдат активирани в бъдеще само след Вашето предварително съгласие:

6. Получатели и трансфери извън ЕС
Сайтът се хоства и формулярите се обработват от Netlify, Inc. (Сан Франциско, САЩ), действащо като обработващ лични данни по чл. 28 GDPR. Това включва трансфер на данни към САЩ, извършван на основание сертификацията на Netlify по Рамката ЕС–САЩ за защита на личните данни (Data Privacy Framework) и, при необходимост, Стандартните договорни клаузи (SCC), одобрени от Европейската комисия (чл. 44–46 GDPR). Не разкриваме Вашите данни на други получатели, освен при законово задължение.
7. Съхранение на данните
- Неприети или незавършени заявки за членство: 12 месеца от заявката, след което се изтриват.
- Данни на членовете: за срока на членственото правоотношение и след прекратяването му — за сроковете, предвидени от приложимите законови и счетоводни задължения.
- Имейли за контакт: необходимото време за обработка на запитването и не повече от 24 месеца от последната кореспонденция, освен ако не възникне членствено правоотношение.
8. Вашите права
Имате право на достъп, коригиране, изтриване, ограничаване и възражение, както и на преносимост на данните (чл. 15–22 GDPR). Можете да ги упражните, като пишете на consiglio@fctee.eu. Имате също право да подадете жалба до компетентния надзорен орган — в България Комисията за защита на личните данни (КЗЛД, www.cpdp.bg) — или до органа на Вашата държава на пребиваване.
